If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know immediately. We will be happy to correct the problem. If something has been damaged in transit we may need to have you return both the item and product (at our expense) in order to claim damages from our carrier, so please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.

For reasons of hygiene we regret that we are unable to accept returns of brushes and cosmetics. Please take advantage of our inexpensive samples before purchasing full-sized products, if you have any question about which products will work best for you.
